My passion is to inspire, equip and support you to develop a ‘Generate Joy’ mindset.
I believe in taking proactive responsibility for the ways I think, feel and act. Not always easy, but even when I can’t change my circumstances, I can usually use my mind and body to change the way I respond to them. Using a ‘Generate Joy’ mindset helps me enormously.

Born and raised in Kenya, family safaris were the norm. Red dust, in the bush, never knew what was around the next corner…
Secondary school in England - from ‘acting up’ in boarding school to directing actors at university - led to my MA in Theatre Arts…
Flexed my imagination - teaching drama and directing plays in Washington DC and Sydney…
Expanded my mind in the ivory towers of Cambridge. Earned a PhD in Education. Gained insight, lost some eyesight…
Worked as Academic Practice Consultant, in HR Dept, at a UK university. lost more eyesight…
Pivoted to hosting and teaching students of English from all over the world… wonderfully diverse mindsets…
Trained as a Professional Transformative Coach, honing my 6th sense…
Inspired by studies in Applied Neuroscience… extraordinary revelations about integrating mind and body to generate positive emotions…
